New Truck Salesperson
GL Sayre Inc is a third generation new truck dealership and have be in business since 1934.
We are current looking to hire an additional New Truck Salesperson. This position requires
promoting our products and developing relationships with existing and potential new truck
customers. This position is primarily outside sales, covering Southeastern Pennsylvania,
and Northern Delaware State. G L Sayre is a full line Peterbilt, International and UD new
truck dealership with a reputation for honestly and excellent customer care. Our business
is growing and we need quality people to help us achieve our goals. Previous Commercial Truck
sales experience is desirable however we would consider training the right candidate.
This is a commission paid position. It is our desire to train, guide and coach the successful
candidate so that they can reach their full income potential.

Requirements:

Must be an excellent two-way communicator

Time management is critical. Candidate must have the organization skills to be productive

Be able to plan –Weekly, Monthly, Yearly

Be a people person and be comfortable meeting new people and going to new locations

Be able to follow up

Must be willing to constantly learn new things. Change is the norm

Computer Literate. I.E.: Word, Excel, Outlook, Email, etc…

Be able to travel across the country for training. (Once a quarter minimum)

Must have a Car no more than 8 model years old

Customer Empathy

Having a basic mechanical knowledge of cars or trucks is a real advantage
